I ship usually the next day when not stated differently. If You order on Friday after 3PM, I might post on Monday.

If you are not satisfied (Oh no!) with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and silk paper (although I understand if this is a bit sassy!)
Requests for a full refund will only be honored in the case of craftsmanship defect. A full refund will be issued after the goods are returned safely.
I create, design and produce (with a little help from my friends) all my products and take pride of my work. I inspect my work carefully before I ship them. What I send to you, I would send to my lovely mother as well… Still, as I work with wood and colors, it is possible that the objects won’t look PERFECT to your eye. Well, this is the part of “artsy objects”- they never are! Wood is a lively material and can swell or crack in not suitable conditions. Estonia is a rainy country, so wood can sometimes be moody too…also, do not bend the wooden elements, they will break!
But of course if you are sure that you received a defective product (cracks, pieces missing, chain is broken :(, snap a picture and send it to my email as soon as you received the product. I will be more than happy to change your product!
If any order items are damaged during transit contact me immediately for assistance within 14 days.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last ), color changes, or if you rip your chain. I do not offer returns or exchanges on used items. But I can give you suggestions how or where to repair it.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For my international customers I also accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. But please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let me know right away so I can file a claim with the carrier. I will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.
I will provide a tracking number (if applicable) and you can check your shipment in the carrier’s website.

Unfortunately, I won’t be able to help before the minimum number of days listed above. In my experience, the post office will just pull the same tracking info as I’ve given you.
Cancellation for 100% refund is only accepted within 36 hours of payment on any payment method. After this time has passed, I have either shipped your ready to ship item, or started production on your made to order piece.
